Sealed bids shall include one (1) original and five (5) copy sets which are to be delivered to the Purchasing Department at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, VI no later than 2:00 p.m. AST, Wednesday, April 22, 2020. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Engineering Office located above the Purchasing Office at 2:15 p.m. A Non-Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will also be held at the Engineering Office at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, April 3, 2020. |
