The Marine facility is approximately 37,197.76 sq. ft. and also served as a vital link for Water Island residents to dock small boat. The Main building has an existing Laundry, Dive Shop, Brewery and Canvas Shop. The proposed lease will be subjected to the terms of all existing sub-leases. (See layout attached as Document F). |
